Hobnobs Travel and Hospitality Private Limited ("Hobnobs", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, phone number, email (if given), travel month, number of travellers and your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address. Our server also records your IP address to prevent spam.

If you create an account we also store your name, email, phone, a securely hashed password (we can never see it), your wishlist, the trips and stays you request, your friend code, who referred you, your Wayfarer Club member ID, tier, membership payments and invoices, your Wayfarer Miles history, your stamp collection and — if you add it — your birthday (day and month only). Customised trip choices (days, stay level, add-ons) and any offer code you use are saved with your enquiry. Visa questions may include passport details you choose to send — we use these only to advise you and file your application.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, plan and deliver your trip, and — if you subscribed — send occasional travel updates. We never sell your information. We share booking details only with the hotels, transport and activity partners needed for your trip.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your details, or unsubscribe, at any time by writing to hitusup@hobnobs.in.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie needed for forms and sign-in to work securely, a cookie that remembers your wishlist on this device, and — if you arrive through a friend's link — a cookie that remembers their friend code for 30 days. Your chosen display currency and trips you are comparing are kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies.
