The small print, in plain words
How the club works.
- Membership is personal and linked to your Hobnobs account.
- Miles are earned on eligible completed and paid bookings — not on taxes, refunds or excluded charges.
- Miles expire 12 months after they're credited. Your expiry dates are always shown in your account.
- Redeem from 100 Miles, up to 10% of an eligible booking. Miles can't be swapped for cash or transferred.
- Cancelled or refunded bookings don't earn Miles.
